HomeBuy is a government funded programme that provides low cost homes across the South East. Moat is one of three zone agents and covers Kent, Essex and Sussex.

Moat briefed us to design a brochure aimed at buyers. Our design incorporated Moat’s branding and conveyed the quality of their houses. It explained the options and detailed how potential buyers could access affordable housing via the HomeBuy scheme.
